God's Unconditional Peace has Conditions:
I have learned there is a process to having the peace of God at work in our lives. It is conditional. As Paul said, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Now, just before the promise of peace is the condition on which that promise is based: (Note Phil. 4:1-7)

Peace isn't given out on a silver platter out of a simple request for it. It comes through our trust in God, it comes when we surrender the "whatever" to Him, it comes when we...
Rejoice - Relax - Release - Receive - Rely = Rejoice. You see, Paul said, "Rejoice, I say it again Rejoice!" The key is our rejoicing in the Lord, which is the beginning of the "peace" process. So, I say it with Paul - "Rejoice!"
