I often notice and think about the trials of this life that people have to face every day. From the little white lies that end up being a web and causing destruction of relationships to the literal destruction of homes and villages and lives in our world. Everyone you know is either going through a trial, has been through a trial, or will go through a trial that they need help with. They might need a true friend in Christ to confide in. This is where I challenge you to be a triple braided cord. Ecclesiastes 4:12 says:

"A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken."

The Trinity is made up of 3 beings (The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit) working together as one unit. This makes a triple-braided cord that cannot be broken. We have been gifted with the Holy Spirit to help guide us through life to live a life that is pleasing to the Father. When my friends are going through a hard time, I tell them that we are two braids of the cord, and that the Holy Spirit is the third. There is no way that the cord is going to be broken when we have all the help we need with us as that third cord. After we have our cord woven together, we dive into the Word so that we may receive peace and guidance to face whatever trial is against us at the moment and we all tag team it together. Let your accountability partner, the Holy Spirit and yourself be that unbreakable cord and take the testimony of that help with you to help others.
